Our Staff is the most important asset we have at NHDC. Our expansive program requires a dedicated, enthusiastic, responsible, and creative staff. If you're interested in applying for a Summer 2025 Position, please complete the following form.
Head Counselors are expected to commit to the FULL 8 weeks of the Summer.
Assistant Counselors are expected to commit to the FIRST 7 weeks of the Summer (8 Weeks Preferred).
Note: All Head Counselors at NHDC must be 18+ before the start of Summer 2025.
Assistant Counselors may begin working the Summer AFTER COMPLETING 9th Grade.

Note: You will be asked to submit 3 References as part of the application process. We recommend having these prepared before starting your application. You will need Name, Email, and Phone # for each reference. NHDC is an ACA Accredited Camp, and 3 References are required to be on file for all staff members.
